Child Safety Standards
MIIIR has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
MIIIR prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes the creation, sharing, promotion, or distribution of CSAM, grooming, sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking, or any other sexual abuse involving minors.
1. Reporting and Enforcement
Users can report inappropriate content, profiles, or behavior directly within MIIIR. Reports involving potential child sexual abuse or exploitation are treated seriously and reviewed as a priority.
Content that violates these standards may be removed, and accounts involved may be restricted or permanently suspended.
2. CSAM and Authorities
When MIIIR becomes aware of confirmed or suspected CSAM or child sexual exploitation, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with applicable law. Where legally required, cases will be reported to the relevant national or regional authorities.
3. Compliance
MIIIR complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations and cooperates with competent authorities when required.
